Personality: Cedar can be a quiet and sometimes cold feline upon first meeting, however that doesn't mean that he is always like that. This cat can be polite and friendly once he sees that someone deserves this kinder side to him, or has gained his trust enough to let it show. He enjoys to have some moments of peace and quiet sometimes, rather to be alone than in the company of those who might annoy him; however he would not mind sharing the peace and quiet with anyone he likes to be around more. Though when one crosses paths with him and gets him in a bad mood or downright outraged, he can go from 0-100 in a blink of an eye with a fierce nature, especially when it concerns close ones.
History: Cedar does not like to talk about his past much, but if he really trusts someone he will, eventually, speak of it here and there. He was born in a litter of five, him being the second-born, and grew up with two sisters and two brothers. He never knew his father, or fathers, for his mother never spoke about it nor did she allow them to venture far from their safe, secluded den where they were born. However, one day, a stranger had followed his mother back to their home, just a few days before he became one. He and his four siblings had been exploring around in the foliage nearby when the scent of another feline had come to him. Cedar, unable to ignore it, ventured closer to the clearing but stopped just before he could be seen. He hid in the foliage and observed as his mother seemed to bicker with the feline who had followed her. But then, that's when it seemed to go wrong. He couldn't really catch what they were saying due two the sounds of his siblings being rambunctious behind him, but he caught another form emerging from the other side of the small clearing as well. He didn't know what was going on until it happened, and he was helpless in doing anything except staying frozen in place. It was a bloodbath, more blood than he'd ever seen. He couldn't think clearly, and as the two, bloody felines turned in his direction a brother and a sister ran out only to be stopped by the two. He couldn't bear to watch as he turned and ran off to find his other two siblings, trying to urge them to come with him. It took a few nips and even swats to get them moving, but they left and hopefully were ahead of the strangers and out of harm's reach. Days passed and the three wandered on, unknowing of what happened to their other two siblings. Things were nearly back to normal, but the darkness he had witnessed caught up to them and his brother fell ill. Both he and his sister knew nothing of how to help him but get him food and somehow manage to get water from moss for him to consume. Yet it did no good and after about a week his brother passed away. Cedar and his sister mourned for the loss of their brother for a long time after that, having buried his body as best they could before moving on with their heads low and hearts sunken. Time passed and he and his sister still stuck together, never going too far from the other. It was still about two seasons away before they would become two; but his sister had decided to try and go her own path and bid farewell to Cedar, hoping that they'd meet again. After that, Cedar was all alone.
