Personality(What are they like?):
Lyle is a confident, considerate cat who didn't come from Foxcroft. He came from a neighboring city, the name of which has escaped him since he left (it didn't matter much to him at the time). He's determined to "fix" the quality of life among the Foxcroft cats, and so conducts himself with an air of purpose and, in certain situations, arrogantly. While he does think he's more civilized than the cats around him in Foxcroft, he most certainly doesn't think he's more important, and tries not to act that way. He wants to help educate the cats around him and eventually unite all cats under one group of cats, with as little violence as possible, with laws and a good system. He wants to avoid conflict in any ways possible.
History:
Lyle was born into a neighboring, smaller town about a week's walk away from Foxcroft. While the town was pelted harshly by bad winds and cold rain, they weren't affected by the Tornado as Foxcroft was, only the edges of the storm that mothered it. Lyle grew up hearing legends of the Great Wind that hit Foxcroft, killing many and driving away the Humans. However, few cats believed that such a thing had happened, and that humans would never leave - they were a permanent staple in life. Lyle was one of these cats. Growing up, he always brushed off the stories with a flick of his tail. However, he met a single cat - who introduced herself as Sans - who changed his views.
She had come from the forest around Foxcroft, and she was visibly battered. Burrs caught in her fur and she was starved. Lyle, not wanting to see a cat in need be denied, let her into his homeplace and fed her, cleaned her, and made sure she felt at home. When she was strong enough to tell Foxcroft's story, Lyle realized those cats had been right all along. A great funnel-shaped cloud had come crashing onto the neighboring town, and had ripped it to shreds like a thin mouse, scattering the cats and destroying the human life. Lyle was horrified.
A few nights later, Sans died of internal problems brought on by injuries in her travels. However, Lyle was not one to give up on something. He decided that night that he would go to Foxcroft, which would take some effort, but he was sure he could get there and come back with few problems.
When he arrived a week later, he was horrified by the state of life. Compared to his hometown, these cats were... well... savage. They lived in a scattered, confused, angry mass with no feeling of companionship. Once he caught wind of the many different groups, he decided immediately that he was staying to fix the way of life Foxcroft was missing.
He wandered around, making a mental map of Foxcroft, and then settled. He decided he would donate his entire lifetime to the cats of Foxcroft, to unite them under one big government of felines. He wants to adopt the human landscape as their own, not exactly like Man but living in their place until they return - they must return, after all, for humans never leave! He knows he will be met with confusion and perhaps hostility, but it's a fool's hope to believe that he would be welcomed with open arms.
At the moment, he's traveling around, hoping to discover a good base of operations to gain followers and start making up a group, and sprout the seed that will one day encompass all of Foxcroft - or so he hopes!

(if you don't mind, could you have this guy replace Silver Sky? I feel more of a connection with him than Silverboy! ;v; Also, I noticed nobody has a cat from outside Foxcroft, so I thought this might cause some friendly drama O3O I hope that's alright! Echo-Doodle))
