Dichroic (Amber base with a oval of Blue surrounding the pupil) Like this pattern, but of course with Amber and Blue.

White 'spider webbing' covering the whole pelt due to the Vitiligo giving him a 'frosted' look like he was dusted with snowflakes. It looks similar to this (Scroll to the snowflake section). As he ages, the white will grow until his is all or nearly all white.

Feline Cutaneous Asthentia (Causes appendage like skin growths on either side of the body. These 'wings' are movable, but in no way are usable for anything other than sitting pretty. Also causes the skin to become rather fragile and can tear easily, but healing is generally rapid with regrowth and scar tissue.) An example shown here.

Impressively thick and regal looking neck ruff and plume. Along with extra long slightly wavy whiskers and old timer ear fur.

Not too much going on. His upbringing was fairly normal you could say. Born one tom out of a litter of three to a mother and father who actually stuck around to raise the kids. Sure he was poked fun at with his looks and everything, but his family shared in his resemblance so they tended to band together as a family unit against the world. By and large, Jareth was the most extreme with his looks and features with his one sister Delilah being practically 'normal'. One day out hunting Jareth came home to find his family missing, gone without a trace. It appeared as though they just packed up and left him alone, but he refused to believe it. Without his family by his side the male's life turned down a dark road. Without the familiarity of his kin to share in his odd appearance Jareth asserted himself above all who crossed his path rising to be the cruel leader he is today.
